Tear off the old roof
Worn shingles come off down to bare wood, so nothing gets hidden under the new roof.
Step 02
Replace rotted decking
Soft and rotted plywood is cut out and replaced. This roof needed new boards, so it got them.

Underlayment & shield
Ice and water shield plus synthetic underlayment go down before a single shingle does.

New shingles, done right
Architectural shingles nailed to spec, vents re-seated, site cleaned up like the crew was never there.

It is a small operation on purpose. The person who quotes the roof is the person on the roof. Rotted decking gets replaced, not shingled over. The yard gets cleaned up like the crew was never there. And the estimate is free, whether or not the job goes ahead.
